Also, do you have any recommedations for a source for prebiotic fiber (inulin or raw potato starch)? Finally, any thoughts on whether whipping cream can be used instead of half & half? I'm using inulin and have not tried potato starch yet, but will tonight and let you know. I just have an inulin powder from Thrive but it is readily available, Amazon has quite a few. I have used half and half and whole milk and both work great. According to what I've read heavy cream makes too thick of an end result. Although I can not imagine it any thicker. I'll try heavy cream at some point, at this point cottage cheese is the worst that can happen. And that is not bad. I'll fix the link. Thank you!!

Renee, the Acebiome source is not working because there is a better source. A US source.
